U.S. Immigration Legal Fees
Temple Stoke believes clients should have a clear understanding of legal fees before deciding how to proceed. The fees listed on this page reflect typical professional fees for selected U.S. immigration matters.
Because every case is different, final fees may vary depending on the complexity of the matter, procedural history, urgency, prior immigration issues, and the scope of representation required. Where additional work is necessary, the fee arrangement will be discussed before that work begins.
Temple Stoke's professional fees do not include USCIS filing fees, Department of
State fees, medical examinations, translations, expert fees, travel expenses,
government charges, or other third-party costs unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment plans may be available for selected matters. Temple Stoke accepts electronic payments and major credit cards, subject to the terms of the applicable fee agreement.
